Each year, all of the Disney Parks celebrate the fall season one way or another, with Disney hosting Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party at Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom annually. Recently, Disney announced new details for the upcoming Not-So-Scary event, want to hear more details?
Let’s get into it!
A last month’s Halfway to Halloween event, Disney executives had announced the return of Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party to the Magic Kingdom Park this fall. Here are some of the details that were announced at this year’s event:
Celebrations
The after-hours event will be held select nights August 11 – November 1, 2023 in the Magic Kingdom at the Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida. Guests will be admitted to Magic Kingdom Park as early as 4:00pm on the valid date of their ticket. These date-specific event tickets do not require an additional day theme park ticket or theme park reservation.
Kids and trick-or-treaters of all ages are encouraged to dress up in their favorite Halloween costumes and enjoy all of the fun festivities located around the Walt Disney World Resort, including Disney’s Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Hollywood Studios, and Animal Kingdom.
This event will feature Halloween decorations across entire theme park, attraction overlays, new specialty treats/food items and SPOOKTACULAR Disney PhotoPass opportunities. And if that isn’t enough… Disney also announced that the Sanderson Sisters are back, with the “Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular” stage show officially returning! In addition, the event will also feature Mickey’s Boo-to-You Halloween Parade, Disney’s Not-So-Scary Spectacular at the Cinderella Castle, the Cadaver Dan’s Barbershop Quartet, and more!
Most recently, it’s been announced that Minnie Mouse, Clarabelle Cow and Daisy Duck will be included in this year’s Mickey’s Boo-to-You Halloween Parade as the iconic Sanderson Sisters from 1993’s “Hocus Pocus.”
