The D23 Expo is an event that happens every 2 years, excluding during the recent global pandemic. This event is celebrated to announce new projects for theaters, streaming, theme parks and more. Branded as “The Ultimate Disney Fan Event,” the D23 Expo ’22 is supposed to be EPIC!
On June 9, Disney announced new details and panels for the highly anticipated D23 Expo which is taking place in Anaheim, California on September 9-11. The fan event will kick off the Disney100 celebration, leading The Walt Disney Company into its second century! Today, I will be breaking down the entire 4-day event schedule.

PLEASE NOTE: The Marvel Studios & Lucasfilm studios showcase on Saturday will not be live streamed and recording equipment is prohibited at both the Marvel/Lucasfilm and Disney/Pixar presentations throughout the weekend.
Thursday, September 8 – DISNEY+ DAY
- All-Day Event
On Disney+ Day, Disney will release exclusive sneak peeks, trailers and guest appearances on social media to promote the streaming service, as well as some new Disney+ Originals. Disney Parks around the world will also offer special experiences and promotions for Disney+ users.
