The Disney Springs former NBA Experience complex building will soon be home to a temporary, limited time Star Wars experience.

Originally, The NBA Experience opened in August 2019, replacing the old DisneyQuest arcade-like experience. This was a great update to the Disney property, but unfortunately it closed in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic and never reopened since.
Recently, it was announced that a brand new temporary Star Wars virtual reality experience will be coming to Disney Springs starting this spring. The Meta Quest VR experience will feature ILM x LAB’s Star Wars: Tales From Galaxy’s Edge, which was previously previewed at the Downtown Disney shopping district.
This experience will remain open to Disney guests starting May 2 through July 27, operating 12:00pm to 10:00pm daily.
