The Walt Disney Company and the magical world they have created continues to grow every day including new parks additions, theatrical releases and most importantly – new original streaming content!
Recently, Disney has announced details for it’s upcoming “Destination D23” fan event, which will be taking place at Disney’s Contemporary Resort at Walt Disney World Resort from November 19 to November 21, 2021. At this fan-favorite event, there will be many brand new announcements, sneak peeks, and special looks into upcoming projects from around the world. It will also feature special guests, familiar faces, behind-the-scenes stories, a special party, and much more as expected!
Guests will watch a presentation of what’s new and upcoming for Disney+, enjoy a special film screening at Disney Springs, and take place in a Disney+ party on the final day of the event. This event may not feature as many announcements that fans are hoping for like at the D23 Expo… but hopefully we will get to see a few announcements from Disney, Marvel Studios, Lucasfilm, Pixar, and National Geographic about the future of Disney+.
Important Events:
- Disney+ Day is a promotional event that will be held on November 12, 2021.
- Star Wars Celebration event will be held May 26 to May 29, 2022 and will take place in Anaheim, California.
- San Diego Comic-Con International event will also take place on July 21 to July 24, 2022 and will take place in San Diego, California.
- The next D23 Expo will be held September 9 to September 11, 2022 and will take place in California.
