Welcome to BLOGMAS DAY 5!!! The holiday season is all about spending time with family, sharing traditions or creating new ones! One Christmas tradition I know of that is very popular across the entire world would be… baking Christmas cookies. Today, I want to share with you all a special gingerbread cookie recipe from sallysbakingaddiction that really get you in the holiday spirit!!
Let’s get into it!
Ingredients:
- Eggs
- Brown sugar
- Molasses + flavor

Instructions:
- Once the dough is sticky enough and it’s all beaten in the bowl, it needs to be chilled for AT LEAST 3 hours!
- Make sure you wrap the gingerbread dough in plastic wrap before you put it away to cool.
- It is advisable to scoop out 1/2 of the prepared cookie dough, plop it onto a long sheet of plastic wrap, wrap it up, and flatten it out into a disc. Repeat with the other 1/2 of dough. Then chill.
- Decorate!!!!!!!
